Shipping Info: We ship worldwide.

All orders will shipped via Spanish National Postal Service, standard and non registered with no tracking number. Although 99.9% of items arrive as planned, we cannot be held responsible for items getting lost/delayed or damaged in the mail, so refunds will not be offered in those events.

Registered shipping upon request, ask before placing your order for rates.

CDs are shipped without jewel cases (very well-packaged) for lower shipping rates, except for digipaks, box, vinyl, etc. If you want us to ship WITH the plastic cases, just let us know when you place your order so we can charge you accordingly.

Postage prices also cover fees and packaging costs.

Please allow 5-20 working days (depending on the country) after payment for your order to arrive when using standard shipment methods.
Return Policy: We only accept returns if the product is not able to be used due to SERIOUS damage (big crack on spine, vinyl crack, CD crack, vinyl defect unable to be played, etc). Small corner hits are not a serious damage on product. We pack carefully to avoid such minor problems.
